JANE BELLAMY
(registered member BACP)
Principal and Managing Director
Jane was a co-founder of Lindum College in 2008. My background is in business, having 30 years experience as managing director of a successful company. Life events guided me towards counsellor training in 2001 and I qualified in 2006. Since then, I have expanded my skill set to include diplomas in CBT, CYP, Tutor skills, Creative Therapy and Applied Psychology. In 2014 I qualified as a clinical supervisor.

Ainslie joined our board of directors in 2021 as a qualified level 5 counsellor and a clinical supervisor. Ainslie has a wealth of life experience which gives her a deep understanding of the issues people are facing if their everyday lives. Her passion is working with children and young people to help them improve their lives and deal with the many issues they face in this current world.
Ainslie is the safeguarding officer for Lindum College and manager of Lindum Outreach Counselling service. Ainslie has a diploma in counselling supervision, CBT and CYP. Ainslie is warm and approachable and will assist students wherever possible and is a tutor on CYP and level 4 Diploma courses

Adele Dewell

Adele is a qualified counsellor and clinical supervisor working with both adults and children in private practice, colleges and schools as well as a specialist role working with domestic abuse survivors. Adele began teaching in 2004 working within the education system and delivering classes and workshops in the community.
Adele ran her own performing arts and dance school for 11 years with the aim of building self-worth and confidence through expression, creativity and performance.
Adele is a caring empathic and fun induvial and is currently teaching level 3 and level 4 course at Lindum College.
Anna Reynolds
Tutor and counsellor
Anna is an accredited Level 5 Counsellor and holds master’s degree in philosophy. Anna is working as a private counsellor and assisting with course material reviews. As an integrative practitioner Anna has the experience to meet the individual needs of her clients and this is carried forward into her tutoring skills where she accepts the uniqueness of our students and assist them in realising their true potential.
Carl Reynolds
Tutor
Carl is a qualified counsellor and clinical supervisor and is a great asset to our team. Carl has much experience and excellent skills in supporting people through difficult times in their lives. Carl is empathic, supportive and non-judgmental in his approach. Carl has been a tutor at Lindum since 2017 and is currently tutoring on Level 4, CBT, and CPD workshops.
Carl also holds diplomas in CBT, CYP, Tutor Skills and Creative Intervention Therapy.
CHARLOTTE NAIRN
Tutor
Charlotte Nairn – Qualified in 2014 and is a support tutor, helping out in tutor absence. Charlotte is a warm and approachable person and is excellent at supporting students and other staff members.
Charlotte has experience in working with special needs for children and adults and is valued member of our team.
FALLON WARD
Tutor
Fallon is a key member of our team, currently tutoring on our online CYP (Level 5) Diploma course. Fallon is qualified to Level 5 in Counselling for both adults and children and in 2022 qualified as a clinical supervisor.
Fallon is approachable, empathic and supportive in her approach and a great asset to Lindum College. Fallon runs a private practice whee she works with adults and children
Ed Thomas
Tutor
Ed has recently joined out team and is tutoring on a level 4 Diploma course in Cardiff. Ed has experience in both private and organisational settings which include working for a leading mental health charity in the role of counsellor and trainer. Ed is currently studying towards a masters degree in counselling and psychotherapy.
Ed has a particular interest in working with self-esteem, young adults and LGBTQ+ clients.
Ed enjoys bringing creative flair to his work when teaching making the experience for the students enjoyable
Jenifer Mellors
Tutor
Jennifer is a qualified and experienced counsellor with a tutoring background. Jennifer has a wealth of experience in life and different areas of counselling.
Jennifer enjoys being part of the students journey and sharing their success, she is currently tutoring a level 4 Diploma course for Lindum College in Leeds.
Jennifer has a private counselling practice.
