Principal and Managing Director

My name is Jane Bellamy, I am the Principal and Managing Director of Lindum College, I was a joint founder of the company in 2008 with the main purpose of training people to help adults, children and young people with issues affecting their lives. 

My background is in business and I have over 30 years experience as managing director of a successful company. I am a qualified counsellor and clinical supervisor, I am also qualified in CBT, Instructor skills, Counselling children and adolescents, working with drug and alcohol abuse, creative therapy, Couples work and Applied Psychology.

Ainslie has joined our board of directors as a qualified Level 5 counsellor and is currently tutoring on our counselling children and young people diploma and level 3 counselling skills foundation course. Ainslie has a wealth of life experience and is a dedicated counsellor and trainer. Her vast experience working with children in different areas has led her to specialise in child and adolescent counselling. Ainslie is very approachable and will assist students where ever possible. Ainslie also manages our Lindum Counselling division that provides placements for our trainee counsellors and offers free counselling face2face or online. Ainslie is also responsible for safeguarding within our organisation

Ainslie is also qualified in :-

Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy(level 5)

Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People.(level 5)

Diploma in Tutor Skills

Certificates in Couple Counselling, Working with adults survivors & abuse and Walk and Talk Therapy. Ainslie also holds a level 3 in play work. She is articulate, genuine, caring and supportive in her approach and is an asset to our team.

Carl Reynolds


Carl is a qualified counsellor and clinical supervisor qualified to level 5 and is a valuable member of our team. Carl has excellent skills in supporting people through difficult times in their lives and is empathic and non-judgmental in his approach. Carl has been a tutor at Lindum College since 2017 and has the following qualifications

  • Diploma in Counselling Skills and Theory - Level 5
  • Diploma in Clinical Supervision - Level 5
  • Diploma in CBT - Level 5
  • Diploma in Counselling Children and Adolescents - Level 5
  • Diploma in Creative Therapy - Level 4
  • Diploma in Tutor Skills - Level 4
  • Certificates in Couples Counselling and Working with adult survivors of abuse



Fallon is a key member of our team and is currently tutoring on our CYP level 5 Advanced Specialist Diploma.

Fallon is qualified to level 5 in Counselling Skills and Theory in both adults and children and is currently studying for her Level 5 supervision diploma. Fallon holds the following:-

  • Diploma in Tutor Skills
  • Diploma in Counselling Children and young adults
  • Certificates in CBT, Couples Counselling, Adult Survivors of Abuse and Sexual Differences.

Fallon is approachable, empathic and supportive in her approach and we are delighted to welcome her to our team.



Charlotte is a counsellor with a Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Counselling Skills and Theory. Charlottes is a caring empathic young woman and is excellent at supporting students as they take their counselling journey. Charlotte holds the following

  • Level 5 advanced Diploma in counselling skills & theory
  • Diploma in CBT
  • Diploma in Creative Therapy
  • Diploma in working with Children & Young People

Adele Dewell

(NCS accredited)




Adele is a qualified counsellor currently working with

adults and children and has a specialist role working with

domestic abuse survivors. Alongside this Adele is currently studying towards her level 5 Supervision Diploma.

 Adele began teaching in 2004 and has gained a wealth of

experience in many teaching roles. These roles have included working within the education sector and also delivering classes and workshops in the community.

Adele ran her own performing arts and dance school for 11

years teaching children from age 5 years up to adults. The aim was to build self-esteem and self-confidence through expression, creativity, movement and performance.

Following her counselling training Adele incorporated her

skills and knowledge from the arts, teaching and counselling and delivered workshops in well-being, emotions and confidence with-in many local schools. 

Adele is a caring, empathetic and fun individual who

demonstrates a very approachable and supportive role to all students.
