We will continue to keep all personal information given to us on a computer system with password control and a paper filed copy.

Assignments, feedback and grades will be sent by email and stored on our system for the duration of the course and for up to 3 years after the course completion, this information will be stored on a password-controlled computer system and will only be available to the college management and tutors. The course details enrolment and qualification dates will also be stored on a computer system with password control.

Your personal details will never be passed to a third party including sales and marketing companies, however, we may email you with details of other courses we are running, you will always have the opportunity to contact us and ask to be removed from any mailing lists.
